As a child my father introduced me to commercial drywall and contracting, as a young man I worked with him in the family business. Into my career I then took the opportunity to work for a fortune 500 manufacturing company as an in house construction manager for commercial and industrial projects. Through my experience, I found there was a big need in the industry for a Construction Maintenance Service company for both residential and commercial properties. So in 2003 I started Ogle CMS, Inc.

At Ogle CMS we have identified three main categories that our clients typically "fit" into. These categories are represented by our name CMS - Construction, Maintenance, and Property Services. We know that every client has unique needs therefore we offer a variety of unique service options. We are a collection of experts in building, remodeling, onsite maintenance/handyman and property service programs. Ogle CMS never believes that "One solution fits all"!
